The food at this restaurant is sooo understated. Coming from a family of foodies/restauranteurs, I find the food exceptionally good. The chef has nailed the spices in the Singapore noodles and fried rice, with generous portions of beef, egg, shrimps & veg. The chicken chilli lemongrass is a favourite (would be even better if chicken thighs rather than breast were used). And the crispy pork sweet n sour is an absolute winner! No doughnut style batter here, just a delicious lighter style with very generous slices of pork. We order delivery most Friday nights… can’t fault it. Not sure what all these other reviewers are on about? Taste in their backside. Well done Diamond Saigon! This is above average Vietnamese/Chinese cuisine. 🤩🙌
